Pet Obedience Classes

We run 3 classes for pet obedience training on a Thursday evening.

Puppy / Beginners - Bring you pups along as soon as they have completed their course of vaccinations.  There may be a waiting list to get into the class, but the pup would benefit from sitting and watching the class to get used to the hall and dogs. The class is run by a main instructor who also has assistants who can give individual attention.

Intermediate - This is the class for improvers, or older dogs that have had some training. Handlers who want to try other activities with their dogs should aim to reach this level of basic obedience.

Advanced - Anything goes in this class, the instructor will teach you how to teach a range of exercises to your dog.

Kennel Club Good Citizen tests

Bronze, Silver and Gold.

We aim to get all dogs attending the classes to try the Bronze test [but it is not compulsory]

The Silver and Gold tests are run once or twice a year

Disabled access to the training hall is good with a disabled toilet now available
